I am a self-taught artist who seriously took up painting 13 years ago.

Before that, I had been around such diverse media as photo art, video art and graphic design.

My paintings contain equal parts of contemplation, and interpretation of different states of mind , and reflection on the world around us. Often associated with a humorous angle.

I begin with image searches on the web that somehow speaks to me. Maybe it's a particular expression that catches my attention or a specific situation. Anything that emotionally and visually captures my eye.

Then the photographs are processed in my head and then sneak out through my hand and my brush.

I also use artificial intelligence to come up with new ideas for my paintings and drawings.

I like the anarchy it can create and can be a great inspiration.
